omg!! Thieving cape problem!!!!!!!!!!

I just recently got 99 thieving in game, (yesterday to be exact) today i go to bob to pick up my cape, i buy it and both the cape and hood apear in my inventory I click to equip the items and the hood apears on my head and in my hand instead of a thieving cape on my back i get a saradomin sword in my hand i go to the equiped items screen and it says im wearing the thieving cape, i click on the cape and the sword disapears and the cape appears in my inventory. Can you please fix this so that i can wear my thieving cape ^_^
