game concerns and ideas

since i noticed there wasnt a suggestions area i will be posting my ideas and things i notice that are out of whack

all ideas are in thought of making the economy and gameplay better

-an item that raises drop rates slightly...like 4-10 pct
-Some custom items only in game for look...monster drops
-a slightly better rate on barrow items from barrows make selling price less if u do
-more cash from gem stall... was thinking 10k if not a lil more this will help the newer population get a lil spare cash since everyone theives first
-more rewards on void like a custom item... for like 500 points
-different spot for tele in ape atoll sometimes hard to get outa jail...
-option to do entire inventory when crafting
-benefits from voting... gives people more umph to vote

Concerns
-----------
-Elf warriors have ags following them with no arms and no head
-Mith dragon is invisible
-ape atoll tele... make so it says to do quest cuz alot of newer players try to get bananas and runes
-dragon fire sheild is frozen doesnt move with ur characters arm
-have to click slayer dart everytime u want to use it instead of selecting spell with staff
-Dragon scimitar special unable to function
-items being dropped like bass guitar-plasma blades characters lose head and item stuck under them


I believe that is enough ill post more as i find or they come to me

I have a new vote system and i would like to hear your comments on this:

Vote system:

Low ppl are playing on this server so its kinda hard to get money. So i was thinking of each vote you make that you can earn some money like ea vote 10m or 20m depends on players ( now low so).

So many ppl would like to vote for money instead of quitting because if you want to buy decend armor, phats, h'ween mask (1B) :S etc.
you don't got money around so you'll almost never can get that without vote money.
This would bring you to the top of the rs private servers.

i do agree it would bring us to the top of the vote list but then we would be almost exactly like rogue and i believe we should strive to be different/better then rogue if people want this server to work we will need stuff that rogue does not have at all via free yell probally aint good enough for alot of people
