needler ranged weapon

i sore (or saw or ect...) an energy sword off halo and thought wow that looks pretty dang awsome! so how about a needler ranged weapon!

, the weapon could have a fast speed and be like a crystal bow with no arrows but a certain charges (ammo). Thanks, Lewis
